Glenn M. Ratcliffe is a former professional soccer player and a Scottish actor with over thirty years of experience. He trained at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, American Conservatory Theater, and the George Shnadoff Technique, alongside various independent coaches. Previously represented by William Morris and agent Betty Fanning, Glenn possesses special skills in improvisation and dialects; including Irish, British, Southern, Scottish, and Standard American. He has appeared in film, television, theater, commercials, and voiceovers, including notable shows like "Breaking Bad."
Glenn views writing as a spiritual process. In crafting the “Tested” screenplay, he utilized anagram personality types to reflect and mirror the collective consciousness. He meticulously designs his characters to align the microcosm with the macrocosm and incorporates meditation as a tool for character development.
After completing a rough draft of “Tested,” Glenn collaborated with Ben Madeley to refine the screenplay, resulting in a reduction from 120 pages to 98. He has shared his screenplay with various evaluators to polish it for filming.
Stay tuned for excerpts and quotes from his work, which we will be sharing on our Instagram and Facebook pages in the months leading up to the movie release! For more about Glenn, see below.
